NIGHTLY RATES
There is a 3 night minimum from December 22 to January 2, and for slopeside units on holiday weekends.
*Holiday Rates - all nights - December 22 to January 2, and holiday weekends (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and Presidents' Day) The rest of the season there is a 2 night minimum. Some houses have longer minimum stays.
All rates are per night per accommodation.

There is an additional $10 per bedroom per night charge for slopeside units.

- All rates are subject to tax of 10%.
- All rates are per night per accommmodation.
- Check in: 4 p.m. Check out: 11 a.m.
(by prior arrangement these times may be flexible when occupancy schedules permit)
- There will be an additional charge of $10 per night for each person over the listed occupancy for the unit on rentals. Occupancy by more than 2 people over the listed occupancy is not permitted.
- Porta-crib and high chair rental available - $8.50/night each.
Balance is due prior to arrival.
Deposits for the holiday period (December 23 to January 2) are not refundable. Deposits for other times will be refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Deposits are not refunded due to weather conditions.
- Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit will be required on all reservations.
- Age limit: you must be 25 years or older to rent accommodations.
- Maid Service: your unit will be clean and ready for occupancy, including linen and towels (paper towels and napkins are not included). Departure cleaning, but not daily maid service, is provided by Resort Reservations.
- Pets: Pets are not permitted in rental units
- Weather Conditions: Due to snow and/or ice Wintergreen may, at times, restrict vehicle access to cars with chains or 4 wheel drive. Please be prepared for this
contingency.
Deposits are not refunded due to weather conditions.
